Kesan: 1. impaired control of gaming (bermain secara tidak terkawal) 2. gaming takes precedence over other daily activities or interest -the gaming behaviour is becoming dominating the whole life of a person (bermain permainan video dianggap sebagai tugasan utama yang kehidupan/ mendominasi kehidupan seharian) 3. disturbing the sleep patterns (mengganggu tidur) 4. less physical activity (kurang membuat aktiviti fizikal) 5. mengganggu pemakanan dan penyerapan nutrisi Cara mengatasi :- -ibu bapa harus mengawasi anak-anak mereka supaya tidak bermain secara keterlaluan -ibu bapa harus mengawasi jam interaksi anak-anak dengan permainan video supaya ia tidak menganggu kehidupan seharian, perlakuan, dan sikap mereka dalam pelbagai aspek, seperti dalam pembelajaran, semasa berada bersama ibu bapa atau bersama kawan.

He is only sometimes able to follow the teaching and learning in class and many a time is lost especially when the mainstream teacher only uses the English textbook when teaching. Today I want to tell a story. It is about the TESL Block. When I was a junior at the English Studies Department, I heard a lot of rumours about the department. Some of the lecturers and seniors love to scare us with ghost stories about the block. Rumours said that the third floor is haunted and others said that it is inhabited by the “banglas” aka foreigners. And, we are very afraid of going to the third floor. We will be extra aware every time when we climb up the stairs so that we don’t climb overboard to the third floor. Also, the block is literally dark because the corridors, walkways and stairs are not brightly lit. Sometimes, we have class as early as seven in the morning. From the hostel, I will walk together with my friends around six fifty a.m. across the dark, silent field to get to the “haunted” building (but actually it’s not). Those are the days that I cherished the most but can never go back.
